Safety, Care & Advice
We want you to enjoy your candle, wax melts, and room sprays. Please follow the advice below and exercise caution when using any home fragrance products.
Candle care and advice
- Make safety your priority when burning candles.
- Trim your wick to 5 mm before burning.
- Place your candle on a level, fire-resistant surface.
- On the first burn, make sure the melt pool meets the edges of the tin before you extinguish the candle. Extinguishing the candle before this time may cause the candle to burn straight down, leaving a wall of wax around the sides of the tin, in a process called, 'tunnelling'.
- Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Do not leave unattended and do not allow children or pets close to your lit candle.
- Place your candle away from draughts and curtains.
- Store your candle in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Please read the safety label and take notice of any precautions listed.
- Do not burn until there is no wax left in your candle. There should always be a small amount of wax remaining (about 5 mm) to cover the bottom for safety reasons.
- Our candles are tested rigorously and if these instructions are followed, the candle should burn cleanly and leave no 'hang-ups' or residue once they have finished.
Wax melt care and advice
- Place wax melt in the well of an approved wax melt burner.
- Never add water.
- Use a standard, non-fragranced tea light.
- Do not move the burner while lit.

- Check the safety label for further advice.
Fine Mist Room Spray care and advice
- Shake well before use.
- Spray generously into the air.
