• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products.
• Easy Refunds: Once we receive your item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we would like to reassure you that it is still usable and will not affect the quality of the fragrance. However, we realise this is not an ideal situation, and we know that some products are intended to be given as gifts. Therefore, if you would like, we will replace the damaged product immediately at no cost to you. • Burner Choice: Only use a burner specifically designed for wax melts (either an electric warmer or a tea-light burner).
• Never Leave Unattended: Always keep your burner within sight. Extinguish the flame or turn off the warmer before leaving the room or going to sleep.
• Safe Placement: Place your burner on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, well away from drafts, curtains, or flammable materials.
• Keep Out of Reach: Keep your burner and wax melts out of reach of children and pets. Wax melts can look and smell like treats, so store them safely
