At Sparrow & Farthing, we want you to be completely satisfied by your new fragranced melts. If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied, we’ve made our return process as simple as possible. 

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products.

• Easy Refunds: Once we receive your item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we would like to reassure you that it is still usable and will not affect the quality of the fragrance. However, we realise this is not an ideal situation, and we know that some products are intended to be given as gifts. Therefore, if you would like, we will replace the damaged product immediately at no cost to you. Just let us know by email, including a photo of the unopened packet, at support@sparrowandfarthing.co.uk
