Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sparrow & Farthing. 

We want to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here are the details of how we process your order and delivery information:

Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email the moment your package is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping within the UK

  • Method: All domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

  • Delivery Time: Usually arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Cost:

    • FREE on all orders over £45.

    • Standard shipping for orders under £45 is £4.

  • VIP Perk: All Monthly VIP Subscription Boxes include Free Shipping as standard (UK only). Note: This applies to the monthly VIP box only; individual subscription products available on separate product pages do not qualify for free shipping unless the £45 threshold is met.

 

Shipping to the USA

  • Method: Orders to the United States are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

  • Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 7-9 business days, though please allow extra time for customs processing.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight/size.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Note: Royal Mail 2nd Class and International Standard do not always provide step-by-step tracking, but we will provide a delivery confirmation number where available.

 

Missing an Order?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (US), please email us at support@sparrowandfarthing.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted!In the event of damage, please send a photo of the item and packaging to our support team for a replacement or refund.
