At Sparrow & Farthing, we want you to be completely satisfied by your new fragranced melts. If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied, we’ve made our return process as simple as possible. 

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products.
• Easy Refunds: Once we receive your item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we would like to reassure you that it is still usable and will not affect the quality of the fragrance. However, we realise this is not an ideal situation, and we know that some products are intended to be given as gifts. Therefore, if you would like, we will replace the damaged product immediately at no cost to you. Just let us know by email, including a photo of the unopened packet, at support@sparrowandfarthing.co.uk

• Standard Shipping: All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email so you know your scents are on their way.
• FREE UK Delivery: Spend over £45 and enjoy free Royal Mail 48 shipping on your entire order.
• While Royal Mail aims to meet all 24 and 48-hour windows, please allow a little extra time during peak seasonal periods (like Christmas and Mother's Day).

Our wax melts are designed to fill your home with fragrance, but they must be used responsibly. To ensure a safe and long-lasting experience, please follow these essential guidelines for home fragrance safety. 

• Burner Choice: Only use a burner specifically designed for wax melts (either an electric warmer or a tea-light burner).
• Never Leave Unattended: Always keep your burner within sight. Extinguish the flame or turn off the warmer before leaving the room or going to sleep.
• Safe Placement: Place your burner on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, well away from drafts, curtains, or flammable materials.
• Keep Out of Reach: Keep your burner and wax melts out of reach of children and pets. Wax melts can look and smell like treats, so store them safely
